“316″ Aftermath & Eggs
Another great episode last night…I’m telling you, we are getting spoiled with all of these great episodes. Although the episode had a bunch of reveals, “316″ should also be considered a set up episode for the rest of the season. With that said, I am sure in the upcoming episodes we will learn what Kate did with Aaron, why Sayid has been captured, who Ben went and saw and why was he all bloody, why the island isn’t finished with Desmond, why Locke committed suicide and most importantly, did Jack and company actually crash on the island again and where in time is the island? The obvious guess for me after seeing Jin in the Dharma threads is that they are in the past and Jin, Sawyer, Juliet, Daniel, etc. are all working for Dharma. That would explain why we say Daniel working at the “Orchid” station at the beginning of the season. Good stuff…
The huge reveal last night was about the island. We finally learned why no one can find the island…because it is always moving and there are only windows in time where you can actually find it. With that said, does this mean that the 815 flight accidently came across the path of the island or was it a known fact that flight 815 was one of the windows to get to the island, much like 316? This show makes your head spin, huh?
I guess finding out the island is always moving also puts a long time theory to rest…where is the island? That’s easy…anywhere and everywhere. Oh well, next week should also be great as we get to see what happend with Col. Locke (I’ve been watching the first season again) when he got off the island…should be great.
Wow, another great episode last night. A couple of key points from the episode were that we saw how Locke returned to the mainland…it was revealed that Charlotte was part of the Dharma Initiative and that somehow Daniel told her as a child not to come back to the island because it would kill her. We also saw how the French Lady killed her crew. And lastly, I am guessing that we finally saw the “Temple” Ben is always referring to and dare I say that Smokey lives there as well. Overall, it was another great episode. Below is the link to a couple of eggs from last nights show…Enjoy!
One person that I have been thinking about a lot lately from Lost is Richard Alpert. I can’t figure out how and where he fits into the Lost equation. We know he is old and we know he is some sort of leader for the Others. Now that we have seen he was on the island when Charles Widmore and Ben were young and off the island to visit Locke as a child and to recruit Juliet…who is Richard Alpert and how does he fit into the equation? Could he be the source of the four-toed statue?
If there is one thing that Lost is famous for it’s questions…and this season has been no different. I just finished watching season 4 over again on blu-ray (which is awesome by the way) and I noticed a couple of things worth taking a second look at. So I am going to put up a series of posts with some questions that may help figure out the mystery behind Lost. So the question is…
